About Dr. Tooley

Andrea Tooley, MD  is a fellowship-trained oculoplastic and orbital surgeon specializing in both functional and aesthetic treatments of the eyelids and surrounding facial structures. She is excited to bring advanced aesthetic technology, including UltraClear laser treatments, to patients seeking skin rejuvenation and periocular cosmetic care.

Dr. Tooley completed her medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine  and her Ophthalmology residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She then completed a highly competitive ASOPRS-accredited oculoplastic surgery fellowship in New York City, training through Weill Cornell, Columbia University, New York University, and Manhattan Ear, Eye & Throat Hospital.

Her clinical expertise includes eyelid surgery, periocular rejuvenation, and advanced treatments for the delicate skin around the eyes. She also has extensive experience treating orbital conditions, inflammatory diseases, and complex reconstructive cases.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Tooley has authored 85+ peer-reviewed publications and has received national recognition for her leadership and contributions to ophthalmology. She has been named a Rising Star on the Ophthalmology Power List  and received the Emerging Leader Award from Women in Ophthalmology. She has also been honored with the American Academy of Ophthalmology Secretariat Award for her contributions to the field.

Dr. Tooley is passionate about helping patients achieve natural, refreshed results through both surgical and non-surgical treatments. She now offers UltraClear cold fiber laser technology, an advanced skin rejuvenation treatment designed to improve the appearance of fine lines, skin texture, and pigmentation while supporting healthy skin renewal.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Tooley enjoys spending time with her family and gardening on her hobby farm.
